Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Business days are Monday-Friday (except holidays). Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number which you should keep for your records. Threaded South will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. All sales are final.

Return Policy
Due to every order being fulfilled as it is processed, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We will only accept exchanges if the product you purchased contained an undetected manufacturer’s defect or if you received an incorrect item. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@threadedsouth.com within 5 days of delivery with order details and a description/photo of the defect. Processing an exchange requires authorization. Any requests after the 5 day period will not be accepted. Item must be unworn and unwashed.
