Shipping

We only ship within the USA.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Business days are Monday-Friday (except holidays).

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method (USPS First Class Package).

Send us an email to hello@threadedsouth.com with your name, order number and corrected address. We will let you know if we're able to correct your order.

Returns and exchanges

Due to every order being fulfilled as it is processed, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We will only accept exchanges if the product you purchased contained an undetected manufacturer’s defect or if you received an incorrect item. You can read more here.

Sizing

Check back often, sizes are offered based on our supplier. Once that size becomes available, we will update our product listing.

In general, it is best to start with your regular size. If you’re not sure which size will work best for you, check out our size guide.
