SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We only ship within the USA.

How long before my order ships?

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Business days are Monday-Friday (except holidays).

How long will it take me to get my order?

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method (USPS First Class Package).

Oh no! I made a mistake on my shipping address. What do I do?

Send us an email to threadedsouth@gmail.com with your name, order number and corrected address. We will let you know if we're able to correct your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to every order being fulfilled as it is processed, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We will only accept exchanges if the product you purchased contained an undetected manufacturer’s defect or if you received an incorrect item. You can read more here.

SIZING

I don't see my size, why?

Check back often, sizes are offered based on our supplier. Once that size becomes available, we will update our product listing.

What size should I buy?
